APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your reservation. A valid credit card is required to schedule and reserve an appointment. Before your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to acknowledge our cancellation policy and authorize the applicable cancellation or no-show charge to the card provided.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest. Contact the spa directly to request a cancellation or schedule change.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the credit card provided at booking.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A late arrival may require us to shorten or reschedule your service to respect the next guest’s reserved time. We will discuss available options and any applicable charges before proceeding.

HEALTH INFORMATION + TREATMENT CONSENT

Please tell your provider about allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other conditions relevant to your service. Complete any required intake and consent forms accurately and inform us of changes before each visit.

We may modify, postpone, or decline a service when we believe it would be unsuitable or unsafe. Individual results vary, and reactions can occur even when products have been used previously without difficulty.

Our services are cosmetic and relaxation services and do not replace medical care. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.

PRICING + PAYMENTS

Prices are listed on our service menu and may change for future bookings. We will explain the price of any requested upgrade or additional service before it is performed. Payment is due at the time of service.

We gladly accept most major credit cards, cash and K+L Collective Gift Cards. A credit card guarantee is required to schedule and reserve your appointment. Giving your credit card number upon scheduling your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies. Gratuities for your service providers are gladly accepted and are not included in the price of services.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

K+L Collective gift cards are the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift cards are available at the spa front desk. Gift cards are valued at the purchased dollar amount, may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift cards may only be used as payment if they are presented at the time of the serv

MINORS

A parent or legal guardian must arrange appointments and provide any required consent for a minor. Age restrictions and accompanying-adult requirements depend on the service; please confirm these with us before booking. As much as we love children, we ask that if your minor is not receiving a service that they not accompany you to K+L Collective.

GUEST CONDUCT

We ask all guests to treat our team and other guests respectfully. We may stop or decline service in response to harassment, threatening behavior, or unsafe conduct.
